Member and Vendor Surveys were conducted by Mohave to identify areas of strength as well as areas for improvement. Survey responses obtained will assist Mohave in maintaining successful partnerships with members and vendors. The results of the surveys are posted on this page. CONTENTS

| Member Survey | The 2007 Member Survey closed with 106 Responses. The survey’s results are shown in the graph below. We are pleased with the positive results. Thank you for letting us know that we are doing a good job. The few negative responses concern us because we strive for quality member service. We will look at all comments and see where we might improve. Many of the changes that occur at Mohave result from member input. We take all comments and concerns seriously. While we strive for total satisfaction, we know that we may not be able to please everyone all the time. However, that will not stop us from trying. | Savings Studies | Savings studies were conducted for FY 2001, FY 1999, and FY 1997 to determine the difference in prices paid by Mohave members compared to what vendors stated members would have paid had they ordered directly from the vendors.
