Contract Cancellation Date: January 23, 2012

New orders under 10O-DYNA received by Mohave dated after January 23, 2012 will be returned to the Member.

REPLACEMENT INDOOR SPORTS FLOOR CONTRACT
This contract is being terminated due to zero usage by our Members.

Members may continue use of the following Mohave indoor sports floor contract:
Norcon Industries 10O-NOR4-0214.

Contract Cancellation Date: January 20, 2012

New orders under 10L-BTXT-0204 received by Mohave dated after January 20, 2012 will be returned to the Member.  Existing orders will be completed under the contract.

REPLACEMENT CONTRACTS FOR NEW, USED, SUPPLEMENTAL TEXTBOOKS AND TEST PREPARATION MATERIALS
This contract is being terminated due to the purchase of Budgetext by another Mohave contract holder for the same goods and services.

 Mohave has been awarded to receive the 2011 National Purchasing Institute (NPI) Achievement of Excellence in Procurement Award (AEP).


Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc., assists members with purchase verification.
