UPDATE: MOHAVE'S THIRD PARTY POWER PROVIDER (3PPP) CONTRACTS FOR ENERGY SOLUTIONS (SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS): Mohave is working to execute its initial 3PPP contract award from last year and progress is good; however, Mohave has determined that there are too many unresolved processes and procedures for schools and other government entities to receive adequate incentives to issue/award another solicitation right now. Rest assured, we are working with state agencies, vendors, and others to stay on top of this matter and when it appears to be beneficial to pursue again, we will do so. We expect conditions for schools and government entities to improve dramatically in this area thus allowing for a solicitation in 2011. Stay tuned there is more to come on this issue. Mohave has determined it is in the best interest of its members to issue multiple solicitations in the area of Library Books, Instructional Aids, and Text Books.
