EXPO OVERVIEW

MOHAVE VENDOR EXHIBITION: Mohave is pleased to announce the "Mohave Expo 2008," which will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. This year's title is "Take Me Out to the Expo!" and baseball is the theme. During the morning trade show, members will have the opportunity to meet with Mohave contracted vendors at the Mohave Vendor Exhibition. This will be an excellent opportunity to introduce your company and its products and services. Pertinent and informative handouts are suggested.

MOHAVE AFTERNOON EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING SESSIONS: The afternoon educational sessions will update members and vendors on the very latest happenings within the Mohave contracting area and on our new look and new feature website. Vendors are assigned Track #1 or Track #2 when they register. Each Track attends the same two sessions, they are just alternated to allow for the number of attendees and to properly facilitate discussion.

DESCRIPTION OF SESSIONS:

"Hitting a Home Run (HHR)": Members of the Mohave staff lead a post-process change guided discussion with both members and vendors in the audience. Tips for "hitting a home run" on each endeavor are given.

"Winning the Big Game (WBG)": The audience goes online with Mohave's new and improved website. You have to know ground rules and the secrets of the game to "win the big game."

PRIZE DRAWINGS: Exhibitors may provide prizes for the drawing conducted by Mohave, or they may conduct their own drawings at their exhibit. Please contact Bette Thompson at the ASPIN office at bette@mesc.org or (520) 888-9664 if you have products or services that you would like to enter into the main drawing to be held during the closing session.

All exhibiting vendors will be entered in a prize drawing to win their exhibit space FREE! Please Note: Drawing will be held during the closing session on October 1, 2008. Vendor representative need not be present to win. Following the Expo, the winning company will be mailed a refund check for one Mohave Expo 2008 exhibit space.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

TYPES OF VENDOR REGISTRATION
(You will be asked to select one during the registration process.)

Mohave Vendor Exhibition: Exhibitor registration is available to vendors with current Mohave contracts only. The registration fee for the Mohave Vendor Exhibition is $265 if completed with payment by August 15, 2008. (On or after August 15, 2008, the registration fee is $315.) This registration includes all costs for an exhibition space and one company representative. More information regarding the Mohave Vendor Exhibition is outlined below.

Mohave Vendor: The registration fee for a Mohave Vendor will be $45. This registration is for a company representative other than the one included in the vendor exhibition registration. This registration includes all costs for each company representative.

MOHAVE VENDOR EXHIBITION INFORMATION

	Mohave Vendor Exhibition registration is limited to the first 90 MESC contractors. Assignment of space will be by Mohave.
	Each Mohave Vendor Exhibition exhibitor will be assigned one space. The space includes an area of 10' x 8', one draped 2' x 6' table, one chair and a sign with the firm's name. Product displays and demonstrations, marquees and other materials that do not fit within the footprint of the exhibit space will not be allowed and you will be asked to remove those items from the exhibit area.
	Exhibit set-up begins at 7:30 a.m. Removal of exhibition materials from the conference center may begin at the close of the Mohave Vendor Exhibition at 11:30 a.m. and must be completed by 3:30 p.m.
	Special set-up requirements (i.e., electrical connection) must be directed to the Mesa Convention Center. Please download utilities set-up order form and remit form/payment to Mesa Convention Center: utilities.pdf (PDF, approx. 200 KB)

REGISTRATION/BILLING INFORMATION

	An on-screen confirmation will appear after registration is submitted and received. The confirmation should be printed for the registrant's records and used as an invoice when submitting payment. No other billings will be sent.
	Payment is due upon confirmation of registration. Include a copy of your registration confirmation with payment. Mohave reserves the right to cancel a registration if payment is not received within 14 days after confirmation. Please make your check or money order payable to: Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc. Mohave is unable to accept payments by credit card.
	Registration may be cancelled without penalty if Mohave is notified on or before Wednesday, September 24, 2008. After Wednesday, September 24, 2008, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

From Tucson-

From Payson-
Highway 87 South (it will become Country Club in Mesa), Country Club South to University, turn left. University East to Center, turn right. It is immediately on your left.
