EXPO OVERVIEW
MOHAVE VENDOR EXHIBITION: Mohave is pleased to announce the "Mohave Expo 2008," which will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. This year's title is "Take Me Out to the Expo!" and baseball is the theme. During the morning trade show, members will have the opportunity to meet with Mohave contracted vendors at the Mohave Vendor Exhibition. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the products and services directly from the Mohave contract vendors. At least 90 Mohave vendors are expected to exhibit.
MOHAVE AFTERNOON EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING SESSIONS: The afternoon educational sessions will update members and vendors on the very latest happenings within the Mohave contracting area and on our new look and new feature website. Members are assigned Track #1 or Track #2 when they register. Each Track attends the same two sessions, they are just alternated to allow for the number of attendees and to properly facilitate discussion.

DESCRIPTION OF SESSIONS:
"Hitting a Home Run (HHR)": Members of the Mohave staff lead a post-process change guided discussion with both members and vendors in the audience. Tips for "hitting a home run" on each endeavor are given.
"Winning the Big Game (WBG)": The audience goes online with Mohave's new and improved website. You have to know ground rules and the secrets of the game to "win the big game."

Member Registration $25 per person (the same as last year) includes attendance at the conference, exhibition, and lunch. Any number of staff may attend from your district or agency. We encourage buyers, all levels of managers, facilities and technology staff, and others involved in purchasing in your organizations. This a great opportunity for your organizations to see the latest goods and services offerings from nearly 90 quality vendors on contract with Mohave and operating in the state of Arizona. |

Online Billing Information: An on-screen confirmation will appear after registration is submitted and received. The confirmation should be printed for the registrant's records and used as an invoice when submitting payment.
Payment is due upon confirmation of registration. Include a copy of your registration confirmation with payment. Mohave reserves the right to cancel a registration if payment is not received within 14 days after confirmation.
