Mohave is pleased to announce the "Mohave Expo 2008," which will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. The title of this year's Expo is "Take Me Out to the Expo!" and baseball is the theme.

During the morning trade show, members will have the opportunity to meet with Mohave contracted vendors at the Mohave Vendor Exhibition. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the products and services directly from the Mohave contract vendors. At least 90 Mohave vendors are expected to exhibit.

The afternoon educational sessions will update members and vendors on the very latest happenings within the Mohave contracting area and on our new look and new feature website.

"Hitting a Home Run (HHR)": Members of the Mohave staff lead a post-process change guided discussion with both members and vendors in the audience. Tips for "hitting a home run" on each endeavor are given.

1. Members: Are you getting the right pitch (vendor quote) to hit out of the park?
   
   
2. Vendors: Are members using a "corked bat" (not being honest with you) when you are pitching?
   
   
3. Mystery star baseball guest! Tells you some baseball secrets and takes your questions.

"Winning the Big Game (WBG)": The audience goes online with Mohave's new and improved website. You have to know the ground rules and the secrets of the game to "win the big game."

1. Mohave's website is full of tips that will allow your organization to "win the big game" and not just with Mohave contracts (e.g., Training Corner, Due Diligence, etc.)

3. The session closes with the bases loaded, a 3-2 count, and you at the plate...what will you do (strike out or homer!)?
