MOHAVE VENDOR EXHIBITION: During the morning trade show, vendors will have the opportunity to meet with Mohave members at the Mohave Vendor Exhibition. This will be an excellent opportunity to introduce your firm and its products and services. Pertinent and informative handouts are suggested. Product demonstrations must be confined to the footprint of your exhibition space.

"MOHAVE PROCESS CHANGE" PRESENTATIONS: The afternoon educational sessions will update members and vendors on the new Mohave order process that will go into effect on January 1, 2008. At the conference, attendees will select two tracks (one for each of the two sessions) from the following presentations by Mohave staff:

Track 1 | Payment and Admin Fee Process
The process members will use to remit payments to vendors and the process that vendors will use to collect, administer, and reconcile Mohave’s admin fee will be relayed by Julia Tribbett, Director of Business Operations, and Tom Peeler, Executive Director. Members and vendors attending this track will learn how changes that will be implemented on January 1, 2008, will impact their individual accounting and auditing functions. (Location: Palo Verde Room I)

Please Note: The Admin Fee Administration and Reconciliation Process and the Payment Process for Members and Vendors tracks have been combined into the above presentation.

Track 2 | Quote and Price Posting Process
Mohave’s Contracts Team will describe the importance of vendor pricing on successful transactions. Vendors will learn pricing requirements of the new order process, updating current pricing with Mohave and methods to provide their pricing to members. (Location: Palo Verde Room II)

Track 3 | New Audit Process
The audit function and audit process changes will considerably impact both members and vendors. This track will inform members and vendors of the comprehensive audits of pricing and invoices and how those audits will be conducted. (Location: Palo Verde Room III)

Track 4 | Procurement Process
The procurement process is an initial and integral part of the order process change. This interactive track will detail the procurement process with a focus on the member’s Purchase Order submittal and its route to the vendor. (Location: Sirrine & Pomeroy Rooms)

PRIZE DRAWINGS: Exhibitors may provide prizes for the drawing conducted by Mohave, or they may conduct their own drawings at their exhibit. All exhibiting vendors will be entered in a prize drawing to win their exhibit space FREE! Please Note: Drawing will be held during the closing session on October 17, 2007. TYPES OF VENDOR REGISTRATION
(You will be asked to select one during the registration process.)

Mohave Vendor Exhibition: Mohave Vendor/ Exhibitor registration is available to vendors with current Mohave contracts only. The registration fee for the Mohave Vendor Exhibiton is $250 if completed with payment by August 31, 2007. (On or after September 1, 2007, the registration fee is $300.) This registration includes all costs for an exhibition space and one company representative. More information regarding the Mohave Vendor Exhibition is outlined below.
Mohave Vendor: The registration fee for a Mohave Vendor will be $40. This registration is for a company representative other than the one included in the vendor exhibition registration. This registration includes all costs for each company representative.
Potential Bidder: Potential Bidder registration is for non-Mohave vendors interested in bidding for future Mohave contracts. The registration fee for a Potential Bidder will be $40. This registration includes all costs for each company representative.

MOHAVE VENDOR EXHIBITION INFORMATION

Mohave Vendor Exhibition registration is limited to the first 100 MESC contractors.  Assignment of space will be by Mohave.
Each Mohave Vendor Exhibition exhibitor will be assigned one space. The space includes an area of 10' x 8', one draped 2' x 6' table, one chair and a sign with the firm's name. Product displays and demonstrations, marquees and other materials that do not fit within the footprint of the exhibit space will not be allowed and you will be asked to remove those items from the exhibit area.
Exhibit set-up begins at 7:30 a.m. Removal of exhibition materials from the conference center may begin at the close of the Mohave Vendor Exhibition at 11:30 a.m. and must be completed by 3:30 p.m.

REGISTRATION/BILLING INFORMATION

An on-screen confirmation will appear after registration is submitted and received. The confirmation should be printed for the registrant's records and used as an invoice when submitting payment. No other billings will be sent.
Payment is due upon confirmation of registration. Include a copy of your registration confirmation with payment. Mohave reserves the right to cancel a registration if payment is not received within 14 days after confirmation. Please make your check or money order payable to: Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc. Mohave is unable to accept payments by credit card.

Registration may be cancelled without penalty if Mohave is notified on or before Wednesday, October 3, 2007. After Wednesday, October 3, 2007, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
