Online Purchase Order Status Updated

Mohave's online Purchase Order Status has now been updated to include orders from the new direct order system. Now if you want to see if Mohave has received and forwarded your order to the vendor, go to Purchase Order Status, located on Mohave's Purchasing Services page at www.mesc.org.

Open orders placed prior to our process change that took place on January 1, 2008, are still listed.

You can search for all of the orders for your organization by highlighting your entity in the list and clicking "Start Search." If you would like to narrow down your results just add your PO number to the "Member PO Number" field to search for the specific order you are looking for. Click on the link for advanced search at the bottom of the Purchase Order Status page for more options.

Members, if your organization does not yet have access to our downloadable contract pricing, please send an email to jimd@mesc.org to get a user name and password. One user ID is assigned per organization.

We are currently working on a secured page for vendors to obtain contact information for members that have used their contracts. Stay tuned for updates.
