Contracts Team Ready for Spring

Spring is on its way. The trees are budding, flowers blossoming and the days are getting warmer. The Mohave Team is looking forward to whatever way we can serve our membership and work with contract vendors to make this a successful year for everyone.

A new crop of solicitations is starting to come up on the Contracts Team schedule. Within the next couple of months we will have ASPIN Cooperative contract (Food, Bakery, Dairy, and Produce), Buses and Bus Parts, Professional Consulting, Indoor Signs and Project Management solicitations being issued.

Later in the year we will have Leasing, Furniture, Lockers, Cafeteria Tables, CAD/CAM Software and Mini Computers/IBM solicitations coming out.
Be sure and check our website www.mesc.org for the solicitation schedule as we update the issue dates. Some of these solicitations are being issued a few months earlier than normal, as the Contracts Team works to have the best possible contracts for our members.

As a reminder to our potential vendors, please go to our website to verify your registration information to make sure it is updated with your current business information.

Remember we are now hosting the contract pricing on our website (www.mesc.org, Purchasing Services, and then by clicking on Contract Pricing from the tab menu under Member Info.) Members now can verify pricing by using their user ID and password to login and download pricing. In our research to better serve the members in regards to the pricing, we have discovered there are still quite a few members who have not obtained their user ID and password. Please email Jim Dugo at jimd@mesc.org to receive your user ID and password.
