Ms. Korpan is currently the Purchasing Manager for Gilbert Public Schools. She has twelve years of experience in the areas of school finance, auditing and procurement. Her expertise in these areas is a culmination of knowledge gained through working in several different types of agencies in various capacities.

In the Accounting Service Division of the Auditor General's office, she helped to determine compliance in school districts, community college districts, cities and towns. She also served as a senior auditor at a local CPA firm leading various school district single audits. Her previous background in finance helped her in the position of Business Director, allowing her to guide the district through budgets cuts and realigning procedures to increase work efficiency and sustain compliance. Her critical roles helped the school district with compliance after several years of struggling.

The result of all her relevant work-experience has motivated Korpan to continue helping schools and other public entities develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance and work effectiveness. Her vision is to inspire state public entities and purchasers to realize their potential in procurement by maximizing their efficiencies in providing support to public entities in need; realizing and understanding the limits of financial and budgeting resources; and exercising the phrase "doing more with less".
