of August 27, 2007 | MOHAVE EXPO: Mark your calendars! The annual Mohave Expo is scheduled for October 17th at the Mesa Convention Center. This is our annual event bringing Mohave vendors and members together. This year we will be focusing on the Mohave process change that will start in January 08. Visit our website for registration information. Please be sure to pass this information on to your purchasing department. This is a conference they don’t want to miss! DRAWING WINNER: Congratulations to the Eloy Elementary District. They are the winner of a free case of Big Daddy’s pizza. We will have other drawings throughout the school year. Be sure to read the weekly update to learn more about the next drawing! DIRECTOR OF OUTREACH AND EDUCATION: Mohave Educational Services is seeking a Director of Outreach and Education to work out of the Mohave Phoenix Office. We are offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. If you know anyone that might be interested in applying for this position, please have them contact our Executive Director, Tom Peeler in the Kingman Office. HOLDING FUND INTEREST COMPUTATION: We hope to send you the Holding Fund Interest Computation for the 06/07 school year by the end of this week. We are waiting for the accounting department in Kingman to finalize year end numbers. As soon as we receive this information, we will forward it to you. RECALL

Parking and admission is free, just stop by the registration booth for a name badge. VOLUME INCENTIVE DISCOUNTS: Our members earned $27,970.24 in volume incentive discounts for the 4th quarter. If your district earned a discount, it will be shown as a credit on a future ASPIN invoice. Our members earned a total of $136,231.94 in volume discounts for the 06/07 school year. PURCHASE ORDERS: We will need new purchase orders for the 07/08 school year. Please be sure to forward your p.o.’s to Steven as soon as possible. We will need purchase orders for the 07/08 maintenance fee, Shamrock Food, Shamrock Non-Food and US Foodservice (only if we do your commodities!) RAINBOW
