ASPIN STAFF CHANGES: ASPIN welcomes India Wilson to our team! India started on Monday, August 30th and will be taking over Sylvia’s member districts. Please help us welcome India to ASPIN!

MOHAVE EXPO: Mark the date! It is not too late to register! The Mohave Expo will be held on Friday, September 17th at the Black Canyon Conference Center in Phoenix. We will be hosting a workshop for ASPIN members! Please plan on attending! We will have more information about the Expo and the ASPIN workshop to you in the near future!

PRODUCT CLARIFICATION: Product code #1988941 and #1988951, the quesadilla cheese and chicken are pizza quesadillas. They are shaped like a pizza and do not have the “top” tortilla like a traditional quesadilla. We are working with Shamrock Foods to get pricing for a traditional quesadilla from Coyote Grill.

SHAMROCK “OUTS”: We are as frustrated as you are with the amount of products that have been out of stock at Shamrock Foods. The ASPIN office staff is in constant communication with Shamrock Foods and we are doing everything we possibly can to let Shamrock know of our frustrations. We trust that the availability of products will improve in the very near future!

RAINBOW PRODUCE PRICES: This week's produce pricing for Rainbow was posted as an attachement to this update on August 31st.

SHAMROCK PRODUCE: Pricing for this week is included as an attachment to this update,

COLD STORAGE PRICING: For the month of September is included as an attachment to this update.

MILK PRICING: For all counties for the month of August is included as an attachment to this update.

PRODUCT CHANGE: Watermelon Gatorade has been discontinued. We now have Ice Punch Gatorade, product code #2148031 and it is available at the same bid price.

NEW PRODUCT CODE NUMBER: Cool Ranch Doritos, 60/1.37 has a new produce code number of #1914711.

NEW PRODUCT: The following item has been added to our bid list. Smuckers peanut butter cups, 200, 3/4 oz. Product code #1913991. Valley = $26.93, State = $27.43 and Border + $27.92.

SMUCKER’S UNCRUSTABLES: Smuckers has been experiencing production difficulties. They may short your processed as well as commercial purchases. If you need to order uncrustables from Shamrock Foods, please give your ASPIN representative a three week lead time to ensure the product will be there when you need it!

PRODUCT CHANGES: #1912621 – Shamrock Nacho Cheese Sauce will be replaced with #2164571 0 San Pablo Nacho Cheese Sauce. #9872711 – Shamrock Chocolate pudding will be replaced with #2164471 – Katy’s Kitchen Chocolate pudding. #9872971 – Shamrock Vanilla Pudding will be replaced with #2164481 – Katy’s Kitchen Vanilla Pudding. Thank you for making these changes on your ASPIN order guide!

If they do not receive a purchase order from your district within the next few days, they will change your account to “cash only!”

ASPIN STAFF CHANGES: Due to personal issues, Sylvia Rios has given her resignation as ASPIN member services. We will be advertising for her position this weekend. Charlene, Bette and Monica will be here to assist Sylvia’s members. We will miss her and wish her the very best!

ASPIN WELCOMES MONICA MARTINEZ: Monica was hired as ASPIN Member Service Representative on July 26th. Many of you have had the chance to “meet” her this past week.
