of July 30, 2007 | 07/08 MAINTENANCE FEES: We sent a letter detailing your 07/08 maintenance fee last week. If you have not done so already, please forward a purchase order to ASPIN for your 07/08 maintenance fee. We will invoice you as soon as we receive all purchase orders. PRODUCT INFO: Please note that NOI Shamrock product code #2726061, Beef Meatballs #7360-328 from Tyson Foods will not be available to order until late September. This is a Tyson issue, not a Shamrock Foods issue. NOI PRODUCTS FOR 07/08: Please note that “banks” for net off invoice commodity processed items will not be established until mid-August. BE SURE NOT to order NOI products until you have confirmation that the banks are established with K12 Foodservice. SHAMROCK FOOD AND EQUIPMENT SHOW: Shamrock is sponsoring a Food and Equipment Show at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale on Wednesday August 15th from 10 – 5 and Thursday, August 16th from 9 – 4. Parking and admission is free, just stop by the registration booth for a name badge. VOLUME INCENTIVE DISCOUNTS: Our members earned $27,970.24 in volume incentive discounts for the 4th quarter. If your district earned a discount, it will be shown as a credit on a future ASPIN invoice. Our members earned a total of $136,231.94 in volume discounts for the 06/07 school year. STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT: Steven will be sending statements of accounts every week in order to be sure we have all invoices accounted for. Thank you for being sure all ASPIN invoices are submitted for payment. PURCHASE ORDERS: We will need new purchase orders for the 07/08 school year. Please be sure to forward your p.o.’s to Steven as soon as possible. We will need purchase orders for the 07/08 maintenance fee, Shamrock Food, Shamrock Non-Food and US Foodservice (only if we do your commodities!) SCHOOL CALENDARS: It is not too early to send us your school calendars! This information is critically important to help us help Shamrock with opening orders! SUMMER PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Please note that some manufactures are limiting supplies of products over the summer months. This is not a Shamrock issue, it is a manufacturer issue. HOLSUM WHOLE WHEAT PRODUCTS: Please note that whole wheat hamburger, whole wheat hot dog and whole wheat sub rolls will only be available to order through Holsum on Mondays.
