| Week of June 25, 2007 | 07/08 PRICING: We mailed 07/08 pricing to all members last week. Please be sure to go through your packets. It is important that you use the new price list, especially since some product codes have changed. The 07/08 pricing is now posted on our website as well. ASPIN WELCOMES NEW MEMBERS: The following districts will be joining ASPIN as of July 1st. Please join us in welcoming: Marana Unified School District, Wickenburg Unified School District, Snowflake-Taylor Unified School District and the Sahuarita Unified School District. STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT: Steven will be sending statements of accounts every week in order to be sure we have all invoices accounted for. Thank you for being sure all ASPIN invoices are submitted for payment. PURCHASE ORDERS: We will need new purchase orders for the 07/08 school year. Please be sure to forward your p.o.’s to Steven as soon as possible. We will need purchase orders for the 07/08 maintenance fee, Shamrock Food, Shamrock Non-Food and US Foodservice (only if we do your commodities!) 07/08 MAINTENANCE FEES: We will invoice your school district for the 07/08 maintenance fee in mid-July. We need to have the month of June closed BEFORE we can invoice your district for 07/08. If you need an estimate of your 07/08 fee for a purchase order, please contact Bette. SCHOOL CALENDARS: As we get ready to wind down this school year, it is time to start planning for next school year! Thank you to all our members who have let us know your last order date for this year AND your opening order date for next year. This information is critically important to help us help Shamrock with opening orders! SUMMER PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Please note that some manufactures are limiting supplies of products over the summer months. This is not a Shamrock issue, it is a manufacturer issue. Your ASPIN representative will assist you with product availability. We apologize for any inconvenience. HOLSUM WHOLE WHEAT PRODUCTS: Please note that whole wheat hamburger, whole wheat hot dog and whole wheat sub rolls will only be available to order through Holsum on Mondays. Holsum Bakery has been losing a lot of product due to orders being low. Please follow up with your independent delivery driver about availability of these products. RAINBOW PRODUCE PRICES: Pricing for this week is included as an attachment to this update. SHAMROCK PRODUCE PRICES: Shamrock produce pricing is now effective from Saturday to Friday.
