Week of June 26, 2006	NEW ADDRESS: Please note that our new address is 4750 N. Oracle Road, Ste. 116, Tucson, AZ 85705. It is important to note that only the ADDRESS changed, we have the same suite number. ASPIN INVOICE SPECIALIST: We are pleased to announce that Steven Gord has accepted the new position of ASPIN Invoice Specialist. He will be responsible for all ASPIN invoicing beginning in the 06/07 school year. We are looking forward to having this new position in order to manage our growth and be more timely with invoicing in the 06/07 school year. MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES: We will be advertising for 2 Member Service Representatives. We hope to have these positions filled by mid July. If you know of anyone in the Tucson area seeking employment, please have them contact Bette. HOLSUM WHOLE WHEAT PRODUCTS: Please note that Holsum will not be producing the 100 percent whole-wheat products (sub rolls, hot dog buns, hamburger buns) until mid August. Schools with summer programs can still order the #206, multi grain hamburger buns. Product #148, 100 percent whole wheat bread will be available all summer. SHAMROCK FOOD SHOW: Shamrock will be sponsoring a food show on August 9th from 9 – 4 at the Tucson Convention Center. You can register at the show! THIRD QUARTER VOLUME DISCOUNTS: ASPIN members earned $25,615.38 in volume incentive discounts from Shamrock Foods for the third quarter. You will see these discounts in a credit from Shamrock on a future ASPIN invoice for Shamrock Foods deliveries. ASPIN INVOICES: We are closing in on the end of the year! If you have any old Shamrock invoices that you have not received an ASPIN invoice for, please call Bette. ASPIN CPA ADDENDUM: PLEASE NOTE: Many of you have not yet submitted the revised CPA Addendum. It is important that all of our members are covered under the same agreement. The revised CPA Addendum can be downloaded from our website at http://www.mesc.org/aspin_signup.html. We will need each of you to bring this new CPA to your Governing Board for approval. Your current CPA Addendum will remain in effect until the new document is approved. DATE CHANGE FOR AEC MEETING: The next ASPIN Executive Committee meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am on THURSDAY, June 22nd at the Mohave Phoenix Office, 5225 N. Central #218. We will be approving the 06/07 bid renewals. We will mail 06/07 pricing to all members the week of June 26th. FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR OPENING: Suzannah Olson from the Benson Unified School District will be resigning at the end of this school year. If you know anyone interested in this position, please have them contact the Benson District Office. We want to thank Suzannah for her years of service on the ASPIN Executive Committee. She has represented all of you with grace and professionalism. We will truly miss her. All of us at ASPIN and Mohave wish her the very best!
