MEMORIAL
DAY: The
ASPIN office will be closed on Monday, May 30, 2005 in observance
of Memorial Day ASPIN CPA ADDENDUM: We will be mailing the new CPA Addendum to all members by mid-May. We will need each of you to bring this new CPA to your Governing Board for approval. Your current CPA Addendum will remain in effect until the new document is approved. If you have any questions, please call Bette in the ASPIN office. 3rd QUARTER INCENTIVE DISCOUNTS: ASPIN members earned a total of $17,222.17 in third quarter volume incentive discounts. The amount earned by your school will be shown as a credit on a future ASPIN invoice. ADE MEMORANDUM REGARDING WHOLE GRAINS: On December 10, 2004, the Arizona Department of Education issued a memorandum regarding the purchase of whole grain products. The AEC will address this issue in our bid renewal for the 05/06 school year. RAINBOW

ASPIN CPA ADDENDUM: We will be mailing the new CPA Addendum to all members by Mid-May. We will need each of you to bring this new CPA to your Governing Board for approval. Your current CPA Addendum will remain in effect until the new document is approved. If you have any questions, please call Bette in the ASPIN office. PRODUCTS FOR 05/06: If you would like to have any products added to our bid list for the 05/06 school year, please contact your ASPIN representative. We will need to know the approximate annual usage for the products you request. END OF THE YEAR IS COMING FAST!: Please be sure to let your ASPIN representative know when your last regular delivery day will be. If you are having a summer program, please let us know the dates of your program. ASPIN ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING: It was GREAT to see so many of you at our annual AAC meeting this past week. As we discussed, as of January 1st, ASPIN will be returning the quick pay discount to all members. Each member will receive a check from Mohave in July for the discount earned for each district for the period January through June. Beginning in July, the discount will be reflected on each ASPIN invoice. We will be mailing the new CPA Addendum to all members by mid-May. We will need each of you to bring this new CPA to your Governing Board for approval. Your current CPA Addendum will remain in effect until the new document is approved. If you have any questions, please call Bette in the ASPIN office. ASPIN OFFICE CHANGES: Monica Martinez left us as of Friday, April 29th. She has been offered a position that better suits her needs.
