ASPIN ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING: The ASPIN Office will be closed this Thursday, April 28th because we will all be attending the ASPIN Executive and Advisory Committee Meetings at Shamrock Foods. We are looking forward to seeing so many of you there! For those of you that cannot make the meeting, please plan your orders accordingly with your ASPIN representative. ASPIN OFFICE CHANGES: Monica Martinez will be leaving us as of Friday, April 29th. She has been offered a position that better suits her needs. We want to thank Monica for all she has done for ASPIN and our members and we wish her the very best in her future endeavors! PRODUCTS FOR 05/06: If you would like to have any products added to our bid list for the 05/06 school year, please contact your ASPIN representative. We will need to know the approximate annual usage for the products you request. PRODUCT CHANGES: Included as an attachment to this update are some product changes from Shamrock Foods. END OF THE YEAR IS COMING FAST!: Please be sure to let your ASPIN representative know when your last regular delivery day will be. If you are having a summer program, please let us know the dates of your program. Thanks! 3rd QUARTER INCENTIVE DISCOUNTS: 3rd Quarter Incentive Discounts: ASPIN members earned a total of $17,222.17 in third quarter volume incentive discounts. The amount earned by your school will be shown as a credit on a future ASPIN invoice. ADE MEMORANDUM REGARDING WHOLE GRAINS: On December 10, 2004, the Arizona Department of Education issued a memorandum regarding the purchase of whole grain products. The AEC will address this issue in our bid renewal for the 05/06 school year. RAINBOW

ASPIN ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING: Mark your calendars! Our annual ASPIN Advisory Committee Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 28th at Shamrock Foods Company, 2540 N. 29th Ave. Phoenix. The ASPIN Executive Committee meeting will start at 9:00 am with the ASPIN Advisory Committee meeting starting at 10:00 am. We will have a workshop scheduled from 11:00 to 12:00, lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 and another workshop scheduled from 1:00 to 2:00. This is going to be a super event! We hope all of you can join us. Please RSVP to your ASPIN representative if you can make it! MILK PRICING: For all counties for the month of April is included as an attachment to this update. COMMODITY MEMORANDUM: The Arizona Department of Education has issued a memo stating that the remaining 2005 entitlement has been distributed.
