| Week of December 17, 2007 | HOLIDAYS: The holiday season is approaching quickly! Please be sure to work with your ASPIN representative regarding deliveries around the holidays. Please note, Shamrock Foods cannot always schedule alternate delivery days. It is important you plan your orders around your regular delivery days. ASPIN HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: The ASPIN office will be closed on Monday, December 24th and Tuesday, December 25th in observance of Christmas. The office will also be closed on Monday, December 31st and Tuesday, January 1st in observance of New Years. All of us at ASPIN wish you and yours a very safe and happy holiday season! ASPIN UPDATE: Due to the winter break, we will not post an Update the week of 12/24. The next update will be posted on January 2nd. VALENTINE COOKIES: Please see the order form attached to this update if you are interested in ordering holiday cookies for Valentine’s Day. EMPLOYEE PURCHASES: Please note that if you district allows employee purchases with Shamrock Foods/ASPIN, we must have a money order. We can not accept personal checks. PRICE INCREASES: We have been notified by Shamrock Foods to expect several price increases. Please note any price increases to ASPIN must be substantiated from the manufacturer. Any price increases meet the terms and conditions of our contract with Shamrock Foods. STEVEN GORD: Our Invoice Specialist, Steven Gord is out on extended leave. We do not expect him back until January. In the mean time, any invoice questions should be referred to Bette or Charlene. All of us wish Steven the very best and are looking forward to his return! TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY: Charlene, Bob and Dila will be attending a workshop on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. Bette will be covering the office. If you don’t get an answer at the office, please leave a message and Bette will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you to all members for working with Bob and Dila to place your orders early this week.
