of December 19, 2005 | WINTER BREAK: Winter break is rapidly approaching! Please work with your ASPIN representative to coordinate deliveries around the holidays. All of us wish you a safe and pleasant holiday season. BEEF PATTIES: The Osborn Elementary District would like to know if any of you are interested in processed Pierre Flamebroiled Beef Patties. They are 140, 2.3 oz patties per case. They have a total of 171 cases at US Foodservice. The case cost is $16.91. If you are interested in this product, please call Laura Soto at 602-707-2021. SHAMROCK SCHOOL SHOWCASE: Save the date! The Shamrock School Showcase is scheduled for January 19, 2006 in Mesa. Included as an attachment to this update is a flyer for the event. Shamrock will be mailing more detailed information to each district soon. The event starts at 7:45 for Directors and Buyers. The showcase will start at 10:00. ASPIN INVOICES: We are making progress! We apologize for the delay in invoicing you for Shamrock Foods deliveries. We have been working with Shamrock to receive all of the invoices. We hope to be caught up with invoices by the end of December. ASPIN CPA ADDENDUM: PLEASE NOTE: Many of you have not yet submitted the revised CPA Addendum. It is important that all of our members are covered under the same agreement. The revised CPA Addendum can be downloaded from our website at http://www.mesc.org/aspin_signup.html We will need each of you to bring this new CPA to your Governing Board for approval. Your current CPA Addendum will remain in effect until the new document is approved. If you have any questions, please call Bette in the ASPIN office.
