| Week of November 26, 2007 | HOLIDAYS: The holiday season is approaching quickly! Please be sure to work with your ASPIN representative regarding deliveries around the holidays. Please note, Shamrock Foods cannot always schedule alternate delivery days. It is important you plan your orders around your regular delivery days. EMPLOYEE PURCHASES: Please note that if you district allows employee purchases with Shamrock Foods/ASPIN, we must have a money order. We can not accept personal checks. STEVEN GORD: Our Invoice Specialist, Steven Gord is out on extended leave. We do not expect him back until January. In the mean time, any invoice questions should be referred to Bette or Charlene. All of us wish Steven the very best and are looking forward to his return! FOOD SALES WEST MEETING: Food Sales West is hosting a workshop on December 11th and 12th in Prescott. The show has a great agenda. Contact Cathy Wylet at 602-375-7731 for more information! Bob, Dila and Charlene will be attending this meeting. Please work with Bob and Dila to coordinate your deliveries. 1ST QUARTER VOLUME INCENTIVE DISCOUNTS: Our members earned $55,543.89 in volume incentive discounts from Shamrock Foods for the first quarter! These discounts will be reflected on a future ASPIN invoice for Shamrock Foods purchases. Coupled with our quick pay discounts, our members earned over $143,000 in discounts for the first quarter! | Week of November 19, 2007 | ASPIN OFFICE CLOSED: The ASPIN office will be closed on Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd in observance of Thanksgiving. DIRECTOR OF OUTREACH AND EDUCATION: Mohave Educational Services is pleased to announce that Mark Kinsey will be joining the Mohave team as the Director of Outreach and Education starting November 5th. Mark comes to us from the Marana Unified School District. Please join us in welcoming him to Mohave. ASPIN HOLDING FUND: Bette or Steven will be in touch with you if we need to make an adjustment in your ASPIN holding fund. Many of you have experienced growth and are purchasing at a greater rate than previous years. As you know, our cooperative purchasing agreement requires our members to have 4 to 6 weeks worth of purchase volume in the ASPIN holding fund.
