of November 27, 2006 | THANK YOU: Thank you to all of our members for submitting your orders! We trust you all had a safe and pleasant Thanksgiving! CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: The holiday season is rapidly approaching! Please be sure to work with Bob and Dila when scheduling deliveries. Shamrock Foods cannot always provide our members with an alternate delivery day. HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: The ASPIN office will be closed on Monday, December 25th and Tuesday, December 26th for the Christmas holiday. We will also be closed on Monday January 1st and Tuesday, January 2nd for New Years. SHAMROCK FOOD SHOW: Shamrock is hosting a food show at the Cardinals Stadium in Glendale on January 17th and 18th. More information to come soon but mark the date now! PAYMENT OF ASPIN INVOICES: Thank you to all members for your timely payment of ASPIN invoices. In order for your district to earn the most interest possible in the ASPIN Holding Fund, it is important that ASPIN is paid on a bi-weekly basis. We have a full time accounting position this year. We are invoicing our members and paying Shamrock Foods weekly. We have a collections procedure in place to help Mohave and our members. If you have any questions regarding invoicing, please contact Steven Gord, our ASPIN Invoice Specialist. ASPIN INVOICES: Some of our members are paying off the Shamrock invoices, not the ASPIN invoice. Please speak to you’re a/p person to be sure they pay off the ASPIN invoice. Because each ASPIN invoice includes a quick pay discount, your district is OVER paying each invoice if you are not paying off the ASPIN invoice! NOI REMINDER: It is very important that each of you that are participating in the Net-Off Invoice program this year monitor your balances on the K12 website. Many of our members are already out of bank. As you know, once the bank has been depleted, your district will be charged the “commercial” price for items ordered. It is also very important that you contact your broker to be sure the program is established properly for your district. RAINBOW PRODUCE PRICES: Pricing for this week is included as an attachment to this update. SHAMROCK PRODUCE PRICES: Shamrock produce pricing is effective from Thursday to Thursday. Please note the dates on the pricing attached with this update. This is always an excellent conference.
