| Week of November 28, 2005 | WE HOPE YOU ALL HAD A SAFE AND PLEASANT THANKSGIVING! REFUND OF QUICK PAY DISCOUNT: Your check for your quick pay discount earned was mailed before Thanksgiving. Check with the A/R person in your district to be sure the funds go to the food service program! ASPIN INVOICES: We are making progress! We apologize for the delay in invoicing you for Shamrock Foods deliveries. We have been working with Shamrock to receive all of the invoices. We hope to be caught up with invoices by the end of November. ASPIN CPA ADDENDUM: PLEASE NOTE: Many of you have not yet submitted the revised CPA Addendum. It is important that all of our members are covered under the same agreement. The revised CPA Addendum can be downloaded from our website at http://www.mesc.org/aspin_signup.html. We will need each of you to bring this new CPA to your Governing Board for approval. Your current CPA Addendum will remain in effect until the new document is approved. of November 14, 2005 | ASPIN OFFICE CLOSED: The ASPIN Office will be closed on Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th for the Thanksgiving holiday. Please plan your orders accordingly with your ASPIN representative. We wish all of you a very safe and happy Thanksgiving! REFUND OF QUICK PAY DISCOUNT: Keep an eye out for a check from Mohave for your quick pay discount earned for the period January to June of 2005. You should receive your check within the next couple of weeks. As you know, as of July 1, 2005, your quick pay discount is reflected on each ASPIN invoice. ASPIN INVOICES: We are making progress!
