of October 31, 2005 | HAPPY HALLOWEEN: We hope your day is full of fun and “friendly” goblins! SNAAZ SHOW: It was great to see so many ASPIN members at the school show in Phoenix last week! We hope the conference was informative and fun! REFUND OF QUICK PAY DISCOUNT: Keep an eye out for a check from Mohave for your quick pay discount earned for the period January to June of 2005. You should receive your check within the next couple of weeks. As you know, as of July 1, 2005, your quick pay discount is reflected on each ASPIN invoice. ASPIN INVOICES: We are making progress! We apologize for the delay in invoicing you for Shamrock Foods deliveries. We have been working with Shamrock to receive all of the invoices. PRODUCT CHANGES: Please see the attachment with this weeks update for some product changes. HOLSUM BAKERY: Please check the Holsum price list. There are three new whole wheat products available to order. ASPIN CPA ADDENDUM: The revised CPA Addendum can be downloaded from our website at http://www.mesc.org/aspin_signup.html We will need each of you to bring this new CPA to your Governing Board for approval. Your current CPA Addendum will remain in effect until the new document is approved. If you have any questions, please call Bette in the ASPIN office. of October 24, 2005 | ASPIN INVOICES: We are making progress! We apologize for the delay in invoicing you for Shamrock Foods deliveries. We have been working with Shamrock to receive all of the invoices. We hope to be caught up with invoices by the end of October. SNAAZ CONFERENCE: The School Nutrition Association of Arizona will be hosting their 47th Annual Conference at the Pointe South Mountain in Phoenix on October 28th and 29th. of October 10, 2005 | ASPIN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING: : We did not have the AEC meeting on September 21st. We will notify you when the meeting will be rescheduled. of October 3, 2005 | ASPIN OFFICE CLOSED: The ASPIN office will be closed on Monday, October 10th in observance of Columbus Day. Please work with your ASPIN representative to be sure your orders are placed by noon on THURSDAY for the delivery the following week.
